Is this anxiety I'm experiencing?

Im 15 and ive been diagnosed with anxiety about two years ago. I took meds for a little while and for about a year have had little to no anxiety.  Today I left for a week 400 miles to my extended families house. Sense I got here I've been having a bad headache and this weird detached feeling. It's hard to explain. It almost feels like I'm just watching everyone do things around in my own little world. It feels like my mind can focus and my eyes can't focus. Especially when people talk it almost sounds like there voice is echoing in my mind. Is this anxiety?? This happened last time I went to there house for a extended period of time. I don't want to ruin my Christmas vacation with being sick or anything. This feeling is sometimes constant too. What can I use to get rid of it please help! I feel like I'm going insane!

So, you have no question that you are real, but everything else is falselike? Derealisation. Its a very odd sensation, yes, but its not a clear indicator of a problem. (although yes it comes with anxiety/panic alot.) Really you need a doctor to tell you if you have these things, but it does seem to be the case. Ill link you to the wikipedia description of derealization; if it basically looks like a check list, thats probably what it is! The causes are too numerous to list here.
