I feel like i just need somebody to listen to me and offer sugestions as well, I wish there was like an anxiety chat room on the internet!

The moderator is right. People come and go on here at all different times of the day and night. We're here to listen and help any way we can. Do you have any idea why you may be fearing almost everything? Are you in counseling? If not, I would highly recommend doing so. There are meds to help you. I do understand your fear of taking them. Most of us with anxiety are afraid of meds and possible side effects. Keep posting, okay. Someone will get back to you.
I'm not a professional, so please don't take my advice as gospel, but I went through a period of time where I was very fearful over my health, to the point where I imagined that I might have all sorts of disorders & diseases, like those you mentioned. At the time, I was reading about signs & symptoms of various diseases, and I would pick out one or two symptoms of just about EVERY disease out there, and I would think, oh no, maybe that is what I have! But the truth is, many "symptoms" weren't real, or they were very temporary (for example, I had headaches for a few days, or a pain in my abdomen caused by something I ate).
If you are doing a lot of reading about various ailments and their symptoms, it is probably a good idea to STOP. I know that's more easily said than done, but find something else - positive - to do to occupy your body & mind. When I did (and it included changing jobs), my "symptoms" disappeared.
If you're having a hard time with this, you will probably want to see a professional who can offer you far more, and better, advice on how to deal with fears that are, most likely, not realistic.
Hello , I haven rly started on any medications yet, I've been bt I stopped, I worry a lot, from parkinson to death to seizures,
Keep in mind that this isn't a chat room, and there are people here on & off during the day & night - please don't be discouraged if you don't get an immediate response, because other members here are very caring & helpful, but some may just not be on at the moment.
Are you being treated for anxiety (or another condition)?
