Have you tried natural, herbal remedies? I think a lot of anxiety has to do with the brain not getting the right nutrition. If you know what to take, you can improve how your mind responds to anxiety on its own. At least thats been my experience. I feel like when I've taken pharma. meds they've helped some of the symptoms, but never worked on actually healing me.
Try something like Tranquilene, which has a bunch vitamins, nutrients and herbal ingredients in it. I swear by the stuff.
Also, yoga or cardio exercise is AWESOME. It releases endorphins and makes you calmer.
I am sorry that you are having trouble with different types of meds. In my experience, sometimes it can take some time to find the correct med for a certain individual. Is your prescribing doctor a general practitioner or a psychiatrist? In my opinion, the latter quite often has much more experience in prescribing these types of medications. Also, are you in counseling? I believe the most crucial step you can take in dealing with your anxiety is through confronting it. Keep us posted.
