i stoped drinking alcohol and coffe makes things worse for the dizzines gave me stemetil that i stoped taking and for anxiety xanax tht made things worse tried it for 2 days and stoped
and yes i checked my ears and told me that i had vestybulopathy .the dizziness dont want to go away the last 3 days i had panic attacks and dipression due to this constant fogyness in my mind and it hurts at the back of the head just above the spine
it is all through lack of sleep, and the jaw is through tension, you could be suffering a bit if you have stopped drinking so much,i use to be the same drink wise, you are stressed and this is making you worse, have your doctor given you anything for the dizziness, and have you had your ears checked.
thank you for your reply

It sounds to me that your body is just under a lot of stress right now. You've obviously done your homework-- going around to different types of doctors and trying to get to the bottom of what's causing your symptoms, but the fact that you hardly got any real answers out of it can heighten the anxiety. Now you're left wondering what on earth could be wrong. But when these tests come back clean, it generally signals that it's something psychological that is not being addressed. It may just be the very fact that you are starting a whole new chapter in your life soon. Getting married is a big change, and even though it will be one of the most exciting times in your life, it also brings a lot of other emotions to the surface. The symptoms you listed; rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, panic attacks, tightness in the chest are all signs that your body is trying to tell you something. Really sit down and think about what you're truly worried about. Is it getting married? Is it your future? Your job? Your fiance's expectations? Once you figure out what's really bothering you, you can figure out how to fix it. And once you do that you may just find that your symptoms subside.
Congratulations and all the best! :-)
it do sound like anxiety and panic attacks, you have alot going on in your life at the minute, getting married although very exciting also very stressful and exhausting,it is possibly one of the biggest steps we all take, also you have given up a drug your body became reliant on so you could be going through the motions of quiiting that, well done by the way,are you sleeping and eating properly, and when you say drink how much and how often,o my god i sounds like a grumpy bossy doctor dont i,sorry.
