is it back?
I've had my anxiety under control.for a while. Recently, the last couple weeks, Ive had weird sensations. I've been really tired. I went to Dr, they said all was good. I've been working 15 hour days u.set tremendous stress that built up the last couple days I am really scared. I've been weak when I stand crying or feeling like it constantly, irritated and grumpy, when I stand I get really lightheaded, I have this flutter in my stomach, kind of nervous feeling, my body is shaking inside uwncontrollably for 2 days straight.
sounds like anxiety. Are you taking anything to help you through it?
More: could it be a heart condition? My .mom.had a heart attack in august. I've had the gammet of tests done. Over the .last 4 years. Nothing has ever been found. but I'm super scared right now. These symptoms have not let up for a few days.
