But in the mornings when I wake up my anxiety isn't even there and I aint anxious but I get palps , its my palpotations wich bring on my anxiety I think not the other way around

If you had those tests and doctors say the results did not show anything abnormal then I assume they also told you that it could be anxiety. My feeling is you still don't want to believe them and came here for more help. If that's the case then it sure sounds like anxiety and panic disorder especially since you're only 18. There are individuals your age born with heart conditions that show up later on but your doctors saw nothing unusual. So you need to seek counseling to find out why you are so constantly anxious. For sure anxiety and panic disorder do cause palpitations and racing heart rate. It sounds like a classic case of symptoms, fearing the symptoms, the fear causing more symptoms, a vicious cycle.
