Thank you. Actually to me has always been the anxiety and fear. From childhood I was a very shy, introverted, quiet, all feared and felt anxiety. I was afraid to communicate. When I was 12 years old began to hurt the left side of the head, it would come in, it is resolved, it lasted for about 4 years, and then one morning I woke up and I felt like a dream, but the feeling was not strong, I thought that I have a brain tumor. It then took another three years, and went in constant headaches, pressure, it lasted a whole week, then gone and my dream became even deeper. Then I asked neurologists examined the head, but found nothing. Then gone for 3 years and then the deterioration of the dream again deepened. And just recently I found out that it can be derealization. Now I feel constantly anxious, very hard to relax, I applied to a psychiatrist, has issued AD Sertralin drink. I do not know what to take next.
Hello and welcome! It sounds like it COULD be DR. Do you have a history of anxiety? Can you elaborate a bit on when these feelings started, and if there were any incidents that seemed to trigger it (ie drug use)?
A little more info would be very helpful. In the meantime, you can read a journal I wrote about DR. The comments from people who have suffered with DR are very very helpful. Read through the journal and comments, to get a better idea if you think it's something you can relate to.
