Sounds like you are having a panic attack. I remember my first ones. I thought I was going to die all of the time, or that i was insane!
Did I understand right? Your parents don't think anything is wrong? Is there anyway
they would take you the doctor?
There are alot of different options available to help you! I know you may feel like you are alone in this but trust me, you are not!!
I am here if you want to talk!!

You are explaining classic panic attacks. And, like The Indian said...while they are VERY frightening, they will NOT harm you in any way. I promise.
Ask your parents about getting a referral for you to a psychiatrist. There, they can properly diagnose you (my bet is panic disorder) and lay out all of the treatment options. You are young, and therefore would benfit greatly from "talk" therapy.
With some work and patience...you can learn how to deal with these sensations when they come. Read around the forum, take a peek at my journals...especially about panic attacks. Knowledge is power...the more you learn the more you will realize how common this is, and how many people are in the same boat, and live totally normal lives.
You are FAR from alone. Glad you found us. Hang in there...it will get better.
You are suffering from anxiety and rest assured that it does not kill you. What you descrive is a panic attack when you have this intense fear, then you become afraid of the fear and so on until it becomes a vicious circle.
You came to the right place! You should browze a lot of these threads as you will quickly see that you are not alone in your fear and anxiety and you will perhaps learn from how others have coped with it.
One person in one of the threads mentioned that when you feel that fear coming in big tidal waves to just let it wash all over you instead of fighting it, I tried it and it works. What you have to remember is that the fear in you subsides, it will not last, you just have to arm yourself with coping mechanisms. You will find the coping mechanisms in this section of the forum from various people, it's worth the time to read them and filter through until you find something that you feel comforable trying.
Remember that you are NOT alone and that you will learn to manage this anxiety. I first felt like you did at 16 and got over it, it came back a little at 30 and again 3 months ago but each time only lasting a few weeks and I was able to cope. This forum really helped me and now it;s helping by trying to help others.
Good luck!
