It sounds like what you're dealing with, Nickie, is anxiety and/or panic. And that feeling you get that things aren't "real" is called "derealazation," or "depersonalization." Go ahead and Google those and see if you can't identify with the symptoms. It's a really scary, but common feeling and all of us who are fighting anxiety or panic have experienced this many, many times. It can't hurt you and it does not mean you're going crazy!

What you need to do is see your doctor for a complete physical and a discussion about what you're feeling. If all of your medical tests come back negative, it's time to look into  therapy, and especially with a therapist who deals exclusively with young people.
You're not crazy, you're not going insane, you're not "losing" it............you have something in your sub-concious that you're NOT dealing with, another part of your mind WANTS you to deal with it and the resulting symptoms you're experiencing from this "battle of brain" is what you're going through. And it's what a good therapist will help you sort out and deal with.

You are very much NOT alone in how you're feeling. Spend some time reading posts on this forum and you'll see that for yourself.
Talk with your parents or another trusted adult and get going on getting the help you need.
You'll be fine. I promise. But you MUST be proactive about fixing this.

Sure sounds like anxiety to me but go see your primary care doctor and get a good physical and blood work done.  Tell the doc how you are feeling and detail about your symptoms.
He/she will take it from there.  Don't put it off.  Talk with your parents as well.  Take care!
