Thank you for your input I appreciate it very much. I have been on daily med for migraine and am altering meds frequently for PTSD as well as undergoing EMDR. My overall wellbeing is not there I feel detached from reality. I would like to feel attached again. Thanks again

I used to suffer migraines.  They are generally caused by relaxation following a period of stress, which can be caused by food allergies, anxiety, etc.  The blood vessels become constricted during the stress, and when it eases the blood vessels open up in the brain first while the vessels in the extremities are still constricted, pushing blood to the brain and causing the headache and the visual disturbance.  My cure was a physician recommending TM, because meditation tends to even out circulation.  It worked, much to my surprise.  Exercise also helps.  Biofeedback can help by training you to warm up the extremities so the blood vessels there open up.  There are two natural remedies I've found effective after I pretty much controlled the problem with meditation, a homeopathic one called Migraide and the migraine formula made by Ridgecrest Herbals.  Unfortunately, can't help you with the PTSD, though therapy is probably required for this and meds probably won't get rid of it.  A technique called EMDR is said to be very helpful with PTSD.
