Have you seen a doctor at all? That would the first step. Then maybe some theraphy. The two most obvious answers anybody could give you. So you can learn how to deal with the anxiety of leaving your house. It does take some training. Is done in baby steps. Nothing major to begin with. It is like we have to teach ourselves the very basics all over again. But at a pace we can handle. Can you leave the house at all? Go into the garden and the likes? Trying to figure out if it is only around friends or certain situations. Your doctor would be asking you the exact same questions. As would a therapist.
Hello.
I second MrGreens suggestion to see a doctor if you haven't done so yet.
But anxiety, like trolls, is not fond of "light". The more you're able to talk about it, share the problem with someone/friends that can respect your feelings and the need of doing things at your own pace the more likely is it that the anxiety will loosen it's grip.
To me it seems that you're actually afraid to be afraid-be struck by anxiety(stomach hurt)? What's the worst thing that can happen IF you should throw up?
I'm not trying to be smart. I just wonder. What IF?
Anxiety can hold us back from life(I know!) And it should not be allowed to do that! It MUST be challenged! Preferably as soon as possible.
Get all the help and support you can. You can do it, just like MrG says.
