nightmare and voices

I have been having anxiety about a disease. some weeks ago I had a nightmare that someone wants to give me the diseases. which go5 me so scared during the day for about a week
I started hearing voices in my head that I have d diseases but it has stop now
has anyone experience this before or im I going mad???

When I think that I have a disease I will have nightmares about it.  Seriously before i was so scared I had cancer I was having nightmares that I had it... I have not heard voices in my head, You will be fine. seek help from a doctor if you feel like you truly need to.  Maybe try CBT therapy, meds, meditation, etc.
