Yes I really like to cook and I does make me feel better to know my food is clean and fresh. I just ate bobs big boy so I feel happier and better. Im just telling my self that im fine and im not going to die. Thank you
Can you cook, Mike? Just an idea. I always imagined food to be gone off and not cooked right and the likes. The more I began to cook for myself the better I felt about the food I was eating. I was in full control of opening that food and cooking it. So if I wanted to give it an extra 10 minutes, to be sure it was cooked, I could. Because it was me cooking for me. Might be worth giving a go. Or practice up on. The more control you have over your own food the better you might begin to feel about it.
After you eat : ) why don't you fill in your profile so we know a little bit about you. This will also take your mind off your anxiety for a while. Give you something to do.

Yea im scared there's drugs in my food and drinks so its really hard for me to eat something that's already been opened because im scared im going to overdose. So you see its really terrifing for me. Thank you though for answering.

So stress is making you not eat. Is there any reason why you think eating would be the wrong thing to do? I don't eat much at all. In fact I gave up eating last year for a period of time. All that done was landed me in hospital. Weight began to drop off. We must eat whether we want to or not. Ask you doctor about the eating part. My guess is he will put you on something that can relax you and also help to feel hungry. Plenty of those tablets about. Just flick through the forum and you will see a lot of posts about tablets and weight gain. Good luck to you.
Yes, that's most likely why. If you're not hungry, you must force yourself to eat something. Good nutrition and exercise are very important in controlling anxiety. Also, do you drink any of those sugary caffeine drinks? That is the worst thing you could do if you are. I say this because I know alot of kids drink those these days. Very very bad for anxiety.
I want you to eat some lunch right now. If you're not very hungry then eat some fruit or some soup....something light. I'm sure once you eat something you will feel better.
