It is likely general anxiety. A panic attack can be very traumatic and people that have one can sometimes end up living in fear that another will happen at anytime. Its a very unsettling feeling. Try and think positive thoughts like its been a whole month without an attack! Which is very good. Talk to your doctor and let them know how you are feeling. They may want to run a few tests to check things like your thyroid etc and make sure its nothing medical making you feel anxious.

Anxiety and panic can definitely take a toll on our mental health in my experience. Any traumatic event can have a lasting impression on us. If it is still bothering you, why not go seek help through counseling if it is available to you? For me, the most important step I took was to learn about and confront my anxiety....keep us posted!
