Talking it through with a theapist is a great idea. Even though it can be VERY uncomfortable confronting ones fears, in the long run I think that is the best way to do it for long term relief. I believe you are on the right track. Recognizing and confronting it is very important!
Thanks for the reply actually was upped to 40 mg over the summer sometimes i fall backwards again into the realm of anxiety have been on it for years tried cr depekot and cymbalta but no help just wondering if the time to go to a psychiatrist is now starting to reemerge the attacks
Did you recently increase the dosage per your doc's orders? I always find that when I started, stopped, or adjusted dosage, I would have increased anxiety and feel a little more on edge, but it would level out within a few weeks or so. These meds can sometimes be a little trial and error in finding which one is right for you sometimes. If you continue to have these effects, I would talk to your doctor about them...keep us posted!
