Terrible..
Ive been anxiety free for almost a month, but last night it came back to haunt me again.... =\
I feel terrible once again..feel hopeless,etc..
Why'd it come to me, AGAIN?
Now i feel worse than before coz I thought that I was over it and it wouldnt attack anymore..and like i've used any tricks and strategies for it to not appear in my life.. and it came back..so I feel very vulnerable now =(
Any suggestions?
