Can anyone help?

Hello, i am a 19 year old male and i have been having headaches and a little dizziness for about 6 or 7 months. I have gone to the doctor and have had many tests done. The doctors are clueless and I don't know what could be wrong. I also have been having some unrealistic thoughts and they seem to last throughout the day and never seem to go away. They last from the time i wake up until the time i go to bed at night. I promise you that i am not crazy , and i have never had any mental problems ever. I was just wondering if these thoughts and worries could be related to the headaches. The thoughts are about life and if it is a dream and if people around me are real. I have a hard time trying to think about them living their lives when they are not around me. It's like that part of my brain has stopped working. I worry about it. It sounds silly, i know but i want it to stop. I wonder if it is anxiety or another problem. I have no problems with speech or hearing. Can i rule out schizophrenia? Please just tell me what you guys think and thanks.

The first time i went to the doctor i was complaining about the headaches and dizziness. So i got an MRI done and everything was ok. The doctor gave me some pain medicine and the headaches and dizziness have slowed down but havent stopped. I havent been on the medicine in over 5 months. What really has scared me lately is the non stop thoughts and worrying i have recently started to experience. I also get numbness in my limbs, and a slight twitch in my legs. I am going to the doctor thursday and im going to make sure he does something about it. Do you think it could be a form of anxiety disorder? I would be glad to hear whatever you think it could be. Thanks!!

Hearing you say "the doctors are clueless" is NOT what we should be hearing! If the doctors you were seeing don't know what is wrong, why the hell didn't they send you to somebody who might? Did you see a neurologist? How about an EENT? An endo?
Did they just tell you to go home?
I won't tell you what I think of your doctors.
I will advise you to go somewhere else and get a second opinion. You need to have what sounds to me like a much more in-depth physical to rule out anything organic going on. If all of those tests come back negative, then it's time to discuss consulting a therapist with your doctor(s).
I do not think you need worry about schizophrenia.
You're at an age of incredible transition. A time when we ask ourselves a lot of questions, when thoughts and ideas are new and sometimes troubling. Speaking with a therapist can be a huge relief and a tremendous comfort.
And NOTHING you've said is "silly!" There are people of all ages on this forum looking for advice and support, so you stop thinking whatever you were thinking!
If you want to talk more, just post again. We're always here.
You're gonna be OK, ya know. You're not crazy.
Peace
