I do want to share something I learned in college when speaking in front of people, and it doesn't matter how many are in front of you. My professor said that a very famous speaker had the same problem until he imagined all the people in front of him were sitting on toilets with their pants around their feet. It actually does work, at first I would laugh when I looked out at the sea of faces and and imagined them on toilets doing their business, but it does work and I have never had another panic attack when speaking in front of anyone anymore...

just wanna share this tips..
1. deep breath
2.do stand on top of the stage just to face or look at the crowd first
3. face the mirror and say i can do this... cause before i experience this as well.
