please help me
I sneezed today with my mouth closed, which i did not want, and i think my face changed a little bit...?i think that affected my facial bone and temporomandibular at the same time. Does sneezing with mouth closed have affect on human face? Sneezing with mouth open is normal wayto do it so i know that does not change our face but how about sneezing with mouth closed?
No it doesn't affect the face. I've sneezed both ways. I think you are looking too closely in the mirror and have a bit o' anxiety. You are fine.
No, sneezing with your mouth closed will not change your structural anatomy. Do you normally worry about things like this? Do you have a history of anxiety, or OCD, something like that?
