everytime i get ready to ingage in sex i loose my erection i am a virgin and i really want to have sex ive been dating this girl for about a yr now and she wants to have sex i just have really bad sex axiety what should i do?
Tell her your anxious. The funny thing is this will probably completely rid the anxiety from you. And if you have been dating a year she will understand and you will feel a whole lot better. Good luck and godspeed to your new future.
Relax,the more you let it play on your mind the more it wont work,just go with it dont think is it going to work this time,caress each other more.
