I agree with the above posters, At the time of the attack itself in the meantime, refocus yourself. Do something like exercise, or something to get your mind in another place. Try Chamomile tea, relaxing music, talking to a comforting friend, Just try to thing over and over in your head that it will pass, you are not in any harm and it will go away. Dont fear them or thats what leads to more attacks. If you need someone to talk to while having an attack feel free to message me anytime.
Hi, I would suggest seeing a proffesional...your so young..now is the time to take care of this when you are young before it takes over your life....you don't want to wake up in 20yrs feeling the same way
Try finding a therapist who does cognitive behavioral therapy. It can be pretty effective against panic attacks.
