Hi all,
I have noticed on this sight that nearly everybody who is suffering from anxiety or an anxiety disorder is on strong medication in order to help the symptoms of this horrible illness.
I was just wondering if anybody who is on this strong medication such as SSRI's and tranq's have actually ever recovered whilst being on these mind altering drugs?
There is so much bad press about these drugs and so many side affects it is surprising to me as somebody who suffers from an anxiety disorder to see so many people trying to cover there symptoms up with drugs that cause more anxiety, that are highly addictive and are extremely hard to come off.
For those of you (who like myself) refuse to go on drugs that alter the thought process, or for those of you that are on strong medication and would like to come off, I have come across a natural sedative that actually really helps. It's called Valerian 2000. Ok it makes you a bit tired, but it really calms you down and it is not addictive and does not cause more anxiety and more importantly you will still be in control of your own mind to be able to fight this illness off.
Apparently it is not available to buy in the uk, but you can order it off the internet.
Thanks
Dan
