the feeling of being in a dreamy world is called depersonalization, i get this everyday and try my best to ignore it, i think anxiety is the worst thing anyone can have, i got it because i had headache for two months constant and my old doctors wouldn't help, i went every week with another symptom lightheadiness, feelings of unreality, pains in my eye, i was worried to death, now i know thats what caused it and try to brush off aches and pains

While it's kinda of reassuring to know my physical symptoms are not out of he norm with you guys it still hard to be positive and take comfort from your comments to be able to release some of the god awful tension. During some periods it hard to convince myself that my seemingly weak and wobbly legs won't give way and I'll fall - why can't I accept and let go?

does that feeling also feel like you are not in "reality"? like you are just going through the motions? Like you can't enjoy any moment that you used to enjoy? Whether it be a happy momment, or a sad moment? That is what is getting me upset lately. Even when I am not having an anxiety attack, I am thinking about it, and I don't feel "real". I feel like I am outside of my body, not enjoying anything.
It is a horrible feeling, and I hope it goes away for you as it does for me.
I have had those feelings before, and let me tell you, although I am feeling it right now, as I type, it will go away for you as it will for me.
Just think positive. I know it is hard, but eventually, you will convince yourself.

i wake up feeling the same way and sometimes scare myself thinking it might be something worse....its not. Anxiety is awful. i also have pressure on my head and ear fullness. I've been taking 5mg of tranxene and supplement for my nervous system by omniplus. I've been getting better but not fully back to my old self.
