Drs could be missing something?

I recently went to my primary care dr. for chest pains and feelings of irregular heartbeat. She took an EKG and said that I showed signs of Heart Disease and says I should immediately go to the E.R. So, I go to the E.R. they do an EKG and say its fine besides the irregular heart beat which they say isn't an immediate problem. I get blood work done and even some x-rays. They let me out fairly quickly. they prescribed me a few lorazepam say its anxiety and call it a day but I just cant shake the feeling that they missed something. has anything similar happened to any of you?

I was going to recommend you seeing a cardiologist, for a more thorough work-up, to sort this out.  In the meantime, try not to worry too too much.

Both tests showed irregular heartbeats but the first dr. said I had signs of heart disease. I am 24. I did make another appointment however, to go to a cardiovascular specialist. Hopefully this will clear things up.

Maybe you should ask them to do it one more time?, if it comes out fine then the first EKG could have been wrong? Sorry this is just an opinion I don't know much about this stuff:( I'm sure it will all be fine, I mean all the other tests came out fine right?
