shortness of breath
hi i am a 36 year old man i have been getting dizzy with periods of shortness of breath sometimes it's weird i feel like i am going to die or something bad is going to happen the dizziness is driving me crazy. i do not take any medication anymore because i do not feel they helped. could i just have asthma or could this be anxiety related

Your symptoms could be related to either or both conditions you mention, but they could also be signs of any number of other things as well. The ONLY person who can tell you for sure is your doctor.
