Anxiety Symptom
I've been having a lot of anxiety and panic attacks. Lately every time I have an attack, my eyes constantly blink. Has anyone else have this?
No, but your nerves are beingeffected when you have anxiety and panic attacks so it makes sense.
Yeah i get it like that sometimes and i sniff alot to breath through my nose...i bloat, hyperventilate and rub my eye raw..its horriable i hate with all my heart...now im dizzy 24/7 do you experience this as well? in box if ya want man im here to talk about this stuff...it helps
Hey, just wondering what other symptoms do u have, I haven't heard of eye blinking before with anxiety, but anything is possible when it comes down to anxiety. If you've been to see a doctor before about this and he r she diagnose u with anxiety/ panic attacks well I guess u don't have anything to worry about. Sorry if I'm not that much help I'm still going through a lot of new symptoms myself. Wish u all the best
