stomach burping and pain

HI, i recently started wellbutrin i have never taken it before but I have taken zyban to quit smoking and I had no side effects and according to the bottle they seem the be the same thing (generic wise), I have also started a low carb diet very recently.. The problem I want to talk about is something Ive had for a while but since starting wellbutrin it seems worse. I have a burning full feeling on my upper left abdomen just below my ribs. it ranges from a nagging pain sometimes to nearly unbearable at other times. When I get upset it really gets intense.. I can push on the spot that hurts and make myself burp ALOT and it will ease for a while.. It gets worse after food or any drink that isnt water sometimes I burp and it hurts in my chest and I burp up stomach acid.. My stomach is bloated most of the time.. wearing a girdle seems to ease my symptoms also.. My grandmother has a peptic ulcer, I dont know if thats hereditary, I have a couple sousins who take medicine for IBS also.. Im just wondering if anyone knows what these symptoms are and if they are related to the medicine or the diet or if it might be a medical condition..

You have either heart burn or IBS...sounds more like heart burn/acid reflux though.
