Anxiety? What is this?

Hi, my name is Sam and I'm 15.
I suffer from bipolar disorder, depression and insomnia. (diagnosed)
I've had a bit of a problem, lately.
I've been thinking I may have anxiety?
I get stressed a lot for no exact reason, and then I suddenly get all of these weird feelings. It's been going on for as long as I remember. I didn't mention it to my doctor because I didn't think much of it, but lately I've been worried. I can't figure out why I feel like this. I've been worrying over nothing, I start getting paranoid and a small thing turns into a huge problem. I feel like crying for NO reason whatsoever.
My symptoms are
1. Bad butterflies
2. Lump in throat
3. Paranoia
4. Nausea/Loss in appetite
5. headaches
6. Constantly worried over nothing
7. Nervous
8. mood swings
9. back pain/neck pain and also chest pains
10. dizzy spells and crying spells
11. short temper
12. heart pounding
thank you!!

I know how scary it is to try a new med. So you are not taking anything thing for your bi-polar? If you have been diagnosed with it I'm surprised you are not on medication.

No, I'm not taking any medication for it. I'm kind of afraid, I guess. But recently, I've been thinking I'd be better off taking medication for it, because it's become a real stress on my family and friends.
Thank you for the reply.

Thank you for your reply.
I'm sorry you're dealing with that. I'm not sure why, but I've been feeling like this for a couple of years maybe? But recently, I feel like it's getting worse and worse.
I'll probably be able to see a doctor in about two months, thank you again.

I am sorry that you are going through this at such and early age. With that said I checked off every single symptom that you have. I have experienced those same sympotoms in the past year, all at the same time. I have been diagnosed with a severe anxiety and panic disorder. They prescribe me an antidepresent and Klonopin for this and it has brought relief. Hope this is helpful. As always check and notify your doctor. Remeber Fear is just a lie..... God Bless!

Those are some of the anxiety symptoms. Are you taking meds for your bi-polar? The best thing to do is see your Dr and take a list of these symptoms. He/she can tell you if it is indeed anxiety.
