I get this but i know its all down to stress etc, i usually feel bad after iv eaten shortness of breath etc, lately iv gone off my food and lost a lot of weight im going to the doctors again tomorrow to get another check up x

Hi, i feel most panic and anxiety stems from not realizing ones talents or not accomplishing what they want with the effort they have put forth.
