random symptoms

ok i guess first things first i will list my symptoms.
difficulty falling asleep, difficulty concentrating like more often than not my mind is just floating and i can't concentrate at all even if i try, light headed, anxious, nauseas (sometimes), cold hands and feet, drinking a lot but my mouth always feels dry and with a bad taste, and some joint pain.
for the past couple of months i have had difficulty falling asleep due to anxiousness however there is nothing for me to be anxious about. while at school or trying to work i find it hard to concentrate and even if i try i find it difficult. i am often light headed and get nauseaus from that. my hands and feet are always cold even if covered with socks or gloves etc. lately  my mouth has been dry and with a bad taste so i am drinking more than i used to but still urinating normally. i have had problems with my ankles for 3 years now but it seems to be getting worse. and i'm noticing it in my hips as well. i had a laproscopic lads procedure done when i was 12 for malrotation of the small intestine and i have been tested for hyper and hypothyroidism since it does run in my family. my doctor suggested that i may have hypoglycemia but i feel like my symptoms extend further than just that.
if anybody has any guess of what it could be that would be great. i went onto webmd's symptom checker and it wasn't much of a help.
thanks in advance.

Hi and welcome to MedHelp

Have you noticed a rash on your face and or chest?  Some of what you describ sounds like it could be sjogren's.  Like the joint pain and dry mouth.  Or it could be lupus.  Either way, I would suggest an autoimmune workup, which would include an ANA.  Try to spend time in the sun prior to being tested.

Another thought would be either fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, B-12 deficiency, and or lymes disease.

I'm assuming they have ruled out problems w/ your thyroid????
