Whats wrong with me?

Hello for the past 2 weeks I have been dealing with occasional mild shooting pains in my arms. I also get a dull ache in my upper jaw and my below my eye as well as the odd pain in my chest,stomach and sides. I also get pains in my head as well as feeling tired and weak during and after work. The pain feels like a nerve pain but the pain in my legs and feet is like a soreness almost like how they should feel after to much physical excursion. I also get a sore back and sore/stiff neck at times.

I went to my doctor last week and he suspected I had a viral infection however I am not so sure because my symptoms are so varied and all over my body. I also had Diarrhea on Monday and Tuesday of the week just gone.

I'm quite worried to whats wrong with my body so I would love to hear from anyone who can help!

Also I dont think its that due to the Diarrhea and the pains in the arms and legs, sinusitis wouldn't cause that right?

I haven't tried Advil. When you say labs drawn do you mean a blood test?

It's been going on long enough you should probably get checked again and get labs drawn.  A virus can turn into a sinus infection and cause a lot of discomfort though.  Does Advil get rid of the aches temporarily?

I also get pains in my fingers and hands like a tingling feeling in my fingers and a dull ache in my hands
