lindsay-itchy-fingers! random bumps and itchy wrists

ok so i am 25 year old female and i have a 2 1/2 year old boy. I am a cosmetologist and am in chemicals a lot, but HAVE NEVER had any reactions to any of that kind of stuff up until now. About a year ago i noticed that aerosol sprays started taking the breath out of me and just recently started doing Keratin treatments in the salon i get like automatic bronchitis! next i noticed that i get these painful bumps under my skin on my pointer fingers only (so far) they are only red if i mess with them but you can feel them if you run your finger accross. i notice they come and go. for example yesterday got 2 bumps on right figer on side of 1st joint. today still had them, but as soon as i started stressing out about what it could be i started w 2 on the left finger. very annoying constant dull pain but "itchy painful". i also notice when i stress out my wrists itch perfusely had an episode of that today before the bumps on left finger popped up. they come and go as they please and they are not welcome anymore! lol...some things that may have involvement....i have had extremely high cholestrol for years and they dont know why...my grandmom on dad side had awful arthritis...grandmom on mom's side has Lupus...please help any comments of ideas are welcomed! thank--- lindsay-itchy-finger!
