please help am confused...

i had unprotected sex with a girl.. she gave me oral which she bit my penis and gave me a sore on the tip.. i later had an inflamed lymph node in my neck for 4 days.. 2 weeks later the same lymph node inflames but this time with severe right neck pain.. general body weakness.. poor appetite which lasted for 2weeks.. i did an oraqick hiv test 3 times and all was negative.. i later did a blood hiv 1 and 2 test kit which also came negative.. my legs feel weak and my joints hurt mildly but they come and go not lasting more than 1 minute..am also Sickle cell... SC.. my wife complained of pain in her bones for 3 weeks... she had a rash on her hand and flu which lasted for 4 days... those it mean i have HIV??

Then again, I have read of men contracting Lyme disease via oral sex.
