positive ANA and unilateral eye twitch
Hi,
I have been feeling like bleep lately. My primary did ANA test and I had a titer of 1:160. She said it may be lupus.My newest (and pretty annoying) symptom is eye twitch on my left. All the time for a few days. I had that before in summer. I cannot get an appointment with a rheumatologist until december.... and I am left hanging being scared. What is wrong with me?? I have had renaults for over 5 years before that blood test.

Your ANA titer is pretty low, but of course that could change.
Can you please list all of your symptoms ?
Can you please ask your primary if she tested your ANA PATTERN and if so, what the result was? I can give you much more information if I know the answer to that question. If she did not have the lab test for the pattern, ask her to run the test again.
