Breathing and Voice issues and now bradycardia

Does anyone here experience changes in their voice on a regular basis?  Some days mine sounds like i'm about to loose it!!  Just for part of the day and then it's normal again, it's like their is not enough strength in my voice box to get my full sound out (if that makes sense!!).

I also sometimes have breathing issues.  This is not related to standing, it can come on anytime.  I feel like I have been winded and although I can take full breaths my chest feels 'strange'.  Like I have to work harder to breathe but I still can.  In the past when I have been on monitors my resp rate would jump from say 8 to 20 then 35 then 17 etc etc...this may be normal but just thought I would mention it.

Lately I have been having episodes of bradycardia.  I sometimes have this whilst sleeping but I have had several episodes of this through the day.  Even when I stand during an episode my hr would go from 45bpm to approx 50bpm.  Does anyone else experience this and should I worry?

I seem to have some of the same problems.  If I am feeling really bad and having trouble with tachycardia, my voice is worse.  I also have asthma.  So add that to the other stuff and it is not fun.  When my HR increases, I have trouble breathing also.  It is like a weight is on my chest.  I am very exhausted when it settles down.

Yes to the breathing for me, but my autoimmune disease may be responsible for that.  I feel like I have to shout to get any sound out, and my voice has really dropped in pitch.  It seems to require a tremendous effort to get anything out, and is exhausting at times.

The only time my pulse is low is when I've been asleep for a while.
