Do you get headaches from jarring motions like shaking the head or driving on a bumpy road?
Mine are daily and generalized. I usually feel them in the front half of my head unless I have a neck ache (then includes base of the head). It's getting harder to find a painkiller that does the trick. Excedrin at this point, but I cut those in half because I don't tolerate caffeine. My headaches happen in the morning, usually wane during the day, and come back in the evening when I sit too much. Walking around helps, and sometimes a morning shower completely erases or at least minimizes morning headaches.
I chalk it up to poor brain circulation, but the docs seem confused about it.
If I don't take care of it in a timely manner then I start to get nauseous and very disoriented.
I have headaches that are more like weird MS symptoms than actual headaches mostly, visual disturbances, depth perception issues, blurred vision...numbness on one side of my face, clumsiness, lack of coordination. Brain fog...
I was tested for MS and everything else under the sun... and it seems to be my dysautonomia and pots that causes most of my issues... hydration seems to be the biggest help for them... I was told I have neurological migraines before I was diagnosed with POTS... If I get enough sleep and manage my POTS I don't get the headaches very often... Hope this helps...
