In their testing, did they do any other endocrine hormonal testing besides thyroid, such as prolactin, FSH, LH, etc.? Did they do an MRI and MRA/MRV of her brain and brain's blood vessels?
I see that you are in TN. I'm not sure if you are aware, but one of the nation's top hospitals for dysautonomia, and one of the mere handful of hospitals nationwide that has a dedicated dysautonomia clinic is in your state!! Have your wife's docs mentioned referring her to the dysautonomia clinic at Vanderbilt in Nashville? At about a 3.5 hour drive, this is actually relatively close considering how few and far between dysautonomia clinics are in the US (most patients don't live remotely near one), so it's worth considering if you want more thorough testing and to consult with dedicated specialists in this field who are experts on syncope. If you're interested, their contact info is on one of our health pages here:

Whether or not you want to consider that as an option, please do fill us in on as many details of your wife's test results as possible as others have requested so we can better answer your questions. Welcome to our forum, and we look forward to getting to know you!
I am sorry to hear that your wife is experiencing this, especially as you have a child so young.
As asked above, what were the recordings of her heart rate and BP measurements whilst having the Tilt table Test? and when did your wife have this test done?
Has she been placed on any medications? Several can be tried for her, and there are also more natural things she can do to help. This includes increasing her fluid intake, and with agreement of her doctor, her salt intake. Also, wearing compression stockings either thigh or waist high help.
What other tests have been done for her? and are there any triggers to her syncope episodes?
Sorry for all the questions, but a bit more information will help us here to be able to respond for you.
Several forms of dysautonomia can improve for some during pregnancy, this is thought to be due to an increase in blood volume whilst carrying a child, maybe this was the case for your wife.
What did they find with her tilt meaning did her heart rate go up or down , blood pressure. Who has she seen for this so far? My daughter suffers from a severe dibilitating form of Dysautonomia with POTS. Has your wife worn a holter or event monitor yet?
hi sorry to hear about your wifes problem, there is medication for this some people can even have a pacemaker fitted to keep up the heartrate, does she have low blood pressure at all? that can cause fainting if too low, id go back to who ever diagnosed this and demand what it is?what can they do to prevent this, i will find some info for you if you like and pass it over im not too sure about this subject so i will get back soon ok
