as little as possible.....work monday thru wednesday. started doing a little PT today, go back Thursday. we will see how that works. will be so glad when thursday gets here so I don't have to get up and go to work....
I agree about how good it feels to have a blank schedule sometimes. It can be a challenge, but I make sure I have a week here and there with no medical appts.
Today (Monday) my daughter had her yearly checkup, she is now 13 so I didn't get to stay in the room for the whole appointment, it made me feel happy and at the same time sad that my kids are no longer little...
Tuesday - appointment with my Nephrologist (kidney specialist) hopefully he will tell me why this on/off swelling of hands/feet/ankles, he is the one that started me on the Clonidine.
Rest of the week the usual driving my 3 kids to and from after school activities.
My heart rate has been going quite high with little exertion again so not much on my schedule while the kids are at school - I have actually been playing FarmVille on Facebook and I must say it has been quite therapeutic - I do not think of anything while playing it, at least now I feel ok sitting instead of always having to lay down!
Monday - Take hubby to his doc/lab appts.
Tues - My primary doc appt
Friday - My cardialogist and hemotologist appts
Inbetween - rest/read/hang with the kids
My son has absolutely no appointments this week, just school. It feels good having a blank schedule every once in a while.
today - pay bills :( sew a little :)
tues - poetry workshop (never been to one so i'm nervous)
wed -
thurs - dentist
fri. - cardiologist
sewing and creative writing keep me sane and are a nice distraction from being sick....
