Summer on the way

My heart and whole body for that matter is going crazy with the summer coming.. I am in NY and we just went through 5 days of 90 degree weather... Thankfully it is now in the high 70's (for now), but my body is adjusting horribly to this weather.. How is everyone else dealing with the weather?.. those that are experiencing summer like conditions.?..

We just finally got some summer weather here in Chicago land! Prior to this we had some but not consistently. I am not handling it very well. I have been dizzy and light headed. Like living in hope said I stay indoors in the AC as much as possible.
