does this sound like Dysautonomia

hi

im not sure whats going on inside my body
a year ago i had a headache and then painc attacks, after that i became dizzy, weak, my heart was racing for days, i was thinking i was going to die, anyways a few weeks after this i started to get eye inflamation, floaters, vision problems, my panic attack symptoms continued and i felt i had alot of brainfog, my body continued to feel weak, exhausted, i noticed my blood pressure dropped low, also when i was taken to hospital as i fainted once when i stood up, they found my sugar levels were very low and gave me buscuits, i would also get heart palptations, alot of joint pains, i was also getting stomach pains, gas, on an ultra sound it shown fatty liver and endoscopy shown ulcers, was told to lose weight  and exercise for fatty liver reversal and lower the cholestrol, after months i slowly regained alittle strength and panic attacks disappeared,  i lost weight by doing alot of jogging and changed my diet, i would be totally exhausted when doing this, i noticed after 3 months my heart rate dropped from the 80s to 50s an 60s. i also noticed i got white dots on my finger nails.

i still was getting heart palptations, weakness, also when standing id almost faint.they tested my bp on siing and standing said it was fine, my kidneys, adrenal glands, thyroid, parathyroid were fine, tested for diabetes was fine, the liver enzymes were mildly high maybe due to fatty liver as the hepatologist said, results also were positive for antimitochondrial antibody which i believe means i have a form of autoummune disorder, i read later that it is a goldstand for primary bilary cirosis, so i am getting that investigated soon, i have also checked and read that Dysautonomia can be due to pbc.

quite worried, the good news  i have lost weight, but very fast, my diets better i believe the ulcers have gone as i get less gas and pain issues day by day, im getting more energy, i can do things around the house and not get too weak exhausted, no panic attacks any more, the liver enzymes have almost come down to normal, my eyes are better, been diagnosed as dry eyes with floaters, my sugar levels are still ok. What i am left with lesset hot flushes somtimes maybe they were linked with the stomach/duodenum ulcers, my blood pressure had gone up a tiny bit, my heart rate also remains now no less then 60 but thats still very low, still weak but not as bad, im still braifogged, slightly dizzy at times, i think its called depersonalization. or even somtimes feels like altered conciousness.

im taking vit b 12,vit d and calcium, c,zinc, i feel and blieve the calcium is helping as im getting lesser joint pains now, i also tried adding more salt in my diet, not sure but my heart palptations feel like they have lessened.

It sounds like you've had a lot going on, and have had quite a few tests and consultations with a number of different specialties.  If your doctors are wanting to rule out dysautonomia still at this point, one test that would be recommended if it hasn't already been done, particularly in light of symptoms of fainting or almost-fainting (syncope or pre-syncope), would be a tilt table test (TTT or HUTT).

I was told I have autonomic dysfunction and to avoid temperature extremes. I ended up with bronchiospasms in the extreme cold going from my car  to the cardiologist's office. The fact I'm on crutches makes it even more difficult. The spasms left me short of breath for quite a while.

A month ago I ended up in the ER with shortness of breath and later discovered it was from walking a distance in the hot, humid air, again on crutches, My physiatrist told me I must avoid the extremes - that it sets off my autonomic neuropathy.

It has been a trip having been dx several years ago. Many systems are involved and it simply is unpredictable what and where.
