Gedarel and skin problems?

I've just been put on Gedarel (30/150) and since taking it I've been getting these really big and painful under the skin boil type spots. I've had problems with my skin for a while and have been prescribed birth control before to try and help, some have helped but others such as Femodene, Lucette and Dianette have not.
I have been on a break from the pill for about 10 months but have recently gotten into a new relationship so my doctor put me back on it for contraception. I've never been on Gedarel before and have only been taking it for about 2 weeks but the spots are really getting me down and I'm really worried they're going to keep getting worse, my skin has always really affected my confidence.
Has anyone had similar problems with Gedarel or can recommend a type of contraception which either helps or doesn't affect skin problems?

Thank you!
