ok switched back to the depo shot for some reason and its been making me gain weight, i forgot it did that so bad, so how do i get it out of my system FAST! So i dont get fat
That's the bad thing about the depo shot. There's no reversal for it or way to get it to clear you system. You just have to let your body filter it out and that's probably going to take 3 months from your last shot. Try to eat as healthy as possible and exercise to combat the weight gain.
