Serum iron high and borderline RBC, H&H and elevated AG ratio

For the last few years, I have had slowly rising serum iron. This last month it was at 205. Also, my AG ratio was elevated, and H&H were on the highest # they could be without being considered high, as well as RBCs.Going in on thurs for doctor's appt. Also, my menstrual cycle is disappearing...not pregnant. Have PCOS also...any thoughts?
