I really need help with these spinal tap results ;;.;;

So I was admitted to the hospital due to open mri results, they said it showed a cluster of brain infractions that could indicate stroke. I am 28, overweight and a smoker :( Then they did a contrast ct and said they seen inflamed arteries in the back of my brain. A team of 3 neurologists then came to me and said they studied the scans, and all results appeared to be artifacts (meaning mess ups on the scans)

I had a spinal tap done, been having migraines for 3 months. I have LOTS of health anxiety.
I am afraid that because my WBC is elevated to 14 I could have meningitis but none of the doctors ever brought it up with me. Can someone help me interpret these results? I am really scared, thank you.

TUBE ONE CSF
TUBE NUMBER 2 3/20/2013

WBC 6 WBC/cmm 3/20/2013

LYMPHOCYTES 50 % 3/20/2013
MONOCYTES 50 % 3/20/2013
TOTAL COUNT 2

TUBE 4
TUBE NUMBER 4 3/20/2013
COLOR CLEAR 3/20/2013
APPEARANCE COLORLESS 3/20/2013
RBC 03 RBC/cmm 3/20/2013
WBC 14 WBC/cmm 0-5 3/20/2013
LYMPHOCYTES 94 % 3/20/2013
MACROPHAGE 6 % 3/20/2013
CSF PROTEIN 44 mg/dL 15-45 3/20/2013
CSF GLUCOSE 58 mg/dL 40-70

Also is it common to get artifacts from a non contrast mri and a contrast ct? The mri was an open one if that helps, and i held really still.

There are many potential sources of image artifacts associated with MRI's as well. There are artifacts that are hardware related. More common artifacts are related to the patient or under operator control.

the first one was a non contrast open mri (high field) not a ct, the ct came second and showed a different artifact :/

Increased WBC in CSF may be a sign of meningitis (only viral meningitis would be a consideration with clear fluid and normal protein), acute infection, beginning of a chronic illness, tumour, abscess, stroke, or demyelinating disease (eg: multiple sclerosis).  Artifacts are relatively common in CT imaging.
