Benign breast condition...

Im 22 and I have a lump in my left breast. It moves and it seems like it shrinks  @ times. It kind of aches from time to and time and aches more so when my period is about to start.  Also my  left leg has been stiff for the past couple of months does this have anything to do with my lump or is this a different issue such as anxiety...I keep going to the doctor about my leg and they take blood and said its nothing wrong and dont do anything about my leg..they keep saying its anxiety they did say however I had a vitamin d deficiency can this be  the cause or is this due to my breast lump

I don't see any connection between the hormone levels and your leg issue ... the other problems can certainly be related though. Have you had any type of imagery of your breast ??? I would think an Ultrasound could determine if the lump is a cyst or not. Cysts do change in size and are moveable. Perhaps you need to see a Breast Specialist so you can get a definite diagnosis of the breast problem.  Regards ....

I forgot to mention do you think the lump in my breast is a cyst?
I keep looking up symptoms and its seem like it may be a cyst. Im just a lil scared that it may be cancer..

I do think that my hormone levels are changing and may have something to do with both my breast and leg. Can my hormone levels be affecting my leg and breast? I have been breaking out a lot lately as well.

No, I don't think the two are related in any way. The benign breast condition/lump is not at all unusual in women of almost any age and is related the hormone levels in your body, not a vitamin deficiency. The issue with your leg I have no idea ... I've not really heard of that type of complaint being associated with anxiety but I suppose anything is possible. You might see an Orthopaedic Specialist about the leg issue to be sure it isn't anything serious or something that could improve with some type of treatment.  Regards .....
