Can Fibroadenoma be the cause

Can a lump in my breast cause a nerve in my upper back to be pinched? I don't know if it has anything to do with it but my upper back feels pinched along with my leg and numbness in my toes.
I was diagnosed with fibroadenoma. I asked my doctor if the lump could be a reason and she said no because there aren't nerves that connect to the back,  I can't remember really. This has been going on for years and no one seems to know why my leg/toes/arm feels this way

I only suggested the removal of the lump because it seems to have caused you so much stress ..... you have submitted posts regarding the lump at several different times. I thought having it removed might give you some peace of mind where it is concerned.
If you've been to various Doctors and none has suggested further testing regarding your spine as related to the numbness I'm wondering if you actually made that symptom the main point of your visit. If a Neurosurgeon wasn't included in the list of Doctors you have seen then by all means give that a try and make your main complaint the numbness in the arm, shoulder, leg, foot and toes. Wishing you an answer to your problems soon.  Kindest regards ......

I also agree with your Dr as zouzi posted above that the fibroadenoma would not be the cause of the numbness you have described. Another suggestion might be to have the lump surgically removed  and / or consult a Neurosurgeon regarding the numbness you are experiencing even though the two things aren't related. The nerves that would be responsible for these symptoms are coming from the spine and it seems rather rare that it would extend so far as to affect both extremities. The neurosurgical consult would be my first choice in such a circumstance.  Regards ....

So there's no way possible that the lump can press against a nerve to cause my upper back\ shoulder to feel pinched and my leg to feel weird?  I think its odd that its all on happening on the same side. I've been to so many doctors, I really don't know what to do. I've never gotten an MRI on my back so maybe that might show something. Why do you suggest to get the lump removed

Hi,
I agree with your Doctor that  Fibroadenomas would not cause the symptoms you are describing.
Sometimes a specific injury to a nerve in your neck or a herniated disk in your spine could be the culprit.
You should see your health care provider for evaluation and be sure to report all symptoms, even if they don’t seem related. Your Doctor could also refer you to an Orthopedist who deals with spine abnormalities.

Is it a way that it can press against a nerve? It's just strange that this is all happening on the Same side as the lump. Basically I'm experiencing numbness and tingling and my upper back/shoulder blade feels pinched. I'm not in pain
