Need Help for my 19 Years old daughter with Phyllodes

Dear Doctors,
I need your advice for my daughter case which we just discovered left breast tumor:
she is 19 (never married) and after a small breast surgery to remove a mass from left breast size 3x2.5 cm and after analyzing the mass by hospital Lab. the result was as follow:

Gross Description:
Specimen consist of a well-circumscribed white whorled mass measuring 3.8x3x2.5 cm. sectioning reveals white solid cut surface shoes focal defect in the capsule. Representative section were submitted.

Microscopic Description:
Section show well-circumscribed fibroepithelial tumor comprising epithelial and stromal components. The epithelial component show slit-like ducts lined by columnar cell with apocrine features. The stoma shows hypercellularity, increased mitotic figure (5 mitosis/10 HPF) .
There are no nuclear atypia or stromal overgrowth.

Diagnosis:
Left breast, mass, excision:  Benign phyllodes Tumor.

Comment:
Follow up of the patient is recommended to exclude recurrence & remote the possibility of metastasis.

The Doctor which made the surgery surprised when he saw the above report as he was expecting just normal Fibroadenema.

Since we did the operation in Saudi Arabia in average hospital I need your great advice to handle my daughter case as I am very worry that here case could easily convert to a cancer.

PS: Just want you to know that this forum is not run, or staffed, with doctors. If you go to the right side of this page and move down, there will be  a place for  'breast cancer expert forum', in case you want to post there as well.  (although sometimes the limit of questions has been asked and no more questions are taken until the next day, or later, I am not sure) DO KNOW THOUGH THAT THESE EXPERTS DO NOT PROVIDE PERSONAL ADVICE, SO IF YOU ASK A QUESTION IT MAY BE BETTER TO APPROACH IT IN A MORE GENERAL WAY?)

That is fine that he used ultrasound and did not have to expose your daughter to an extra, somewhat uncomfortable experience. it sounds like your surgeon is doing a good job and that you are happy with him?

See, the frustrating thing with phyllodes Tumor is, that  it slightly raises your chance of developing breast cancer in the future, and this goes for both breasts. Yet, the increased risk is not usually worrisome enough, or enough of a possibility that this will happen, to preventatively do mastectomies, and both breasts would have to be removed as cancer can develop in either breast. Your daughter, just by being a woman, and the fact that she will grow older, puts her at risk for bc just like all women are , no matter if bc runs in the family or not.

your surgeon therefore wants to watch her more closely now than any other woman, and especially 19 year of woman, to make sure that should something develop that it is caught early. On the other hand he doesn't want to do invasive procedures, and especially since the tumor was not cancer, but that does not make it any easier or less nerve wrecking, I understand.

Your daughter is so young, and it is important also for her to be a normal woman and in normal relationships, and not have 'what if' to think about all the time, as that is very damaging too. i think the surgeon wants to be the one who to take on the concern and natural worries, just as you know too well, and this way the doctor is sort of saying to you, father and daughter:  "You go ahead and live your life and let me do the worrying for you? because I don't want you to and the situation is such that most likely you will be fine and free of cancer like most other women, even now?"
