trying to figure out how to understand a MRI report

I've had several things going on within my breast, I've had a stereotactic biopsy on my rt breast last year but they weren't sure if they got the lesion or not so I had to wait for 6 months to do an MRI to make sure and I guess it didn't but anyway my MRI reads this.....Surprisingly, the clip is poorly seen on the MRI but I believe I can see it on Axial T1 slice 36 of 50. this appears to be just above an enhancing nodular lesion measuring 9.2 x 7.0 x 11 mm in the 11 o'clock radian in the middle third of the breast. Margins are irregular. Kinetic analysis demonstrates 275% rapid enhancement with wash out.....I am waiting for my MRI guided biopsy to be scheduled but I'm wondering if this sounds alarming. My pathology report from my other biopsy states...right breast density, core biopsy
1. breast tissue with focal fibrosis and fibrocystic change
2. rare microcalcifications preasnt
3. no atypia or carcinoma identified
can someone please help me understand my MRI report? My biopsy report was explained to me by a fantastic doctor but since then I've switched doctors

I'm not familiar with the percentages when it comes to the Kinetic Analysis .... all that gets pretty DEEP and belongs to the Radiologists :)  Regards .....

Thank you for the reply! Yes my first biopsy was a good report and the reason for waiting was because it took 6 weeks for the clip to heal or whatever before I could do an MRI something like that. Do you have any idea on what the 275%  rapid enhancement  with wash out means? How high does the percentage go?

The one thing I see that could raise suspicion is the fact that the nodular lesion has irregular margins. The report from the previous biopsy showed nothing that would be alarming. I'm not sure why you had to wait for 6 months before having the MRI to determine IF the actual lesion was biopsied or not. Although it was barely seen evidently the clip is in fact in the immediate area of the lesion. Good luck with the MRI biopsy .... please let us know those results when you get them. Regards ....
