Should a complex cyst be biopsied?

I am 41 with a strong family history of BC - P/F grandmothers.  During an MRI of my liver, a 1.5 x 1.7 complex cyst was located.  I had a sonogram yesterday.  The lady who did the sonogram was nice and explained to me what makes it complex is that it has a wall, or is two?  She stated that most likely my doctor would do nothing about this. Doctor was present, but choose not to speak to me?  My last mamo was 9 months ago, breasts very dense, done twice on same breast with problems.  Oh, by the way, it has grown twice the size in two months since MRI (MRI doc never even reported this to me, i got report myself)  I do not want to be a pain in the neck with my doctor and demand anything.  During a routine exam a cyst was also located on my thyroid, and after sonogram it was determined to by a nodule, after biopsy, cancer?  I understand how easy this is to treat, but are they related in any way?  Should I tell my OB that?  MRI also located renal cyst, renal nodule? liver cyst, pelvic cyst (knew that one, but has again, doubled it size in 3 months)  What is going on here?  Should i ask my doctor for biopsy?  For it didnt even sound like he really even wanted the sonogram, he asked me???

By the way, I also have celiac disease, Lupus?, Antiphospholipid syndrome and colitis (celiac and colitis, last year just found)

I have not been to a doctor in years, the last year has been one pushing me to another?  Is it insane for a doctor that gets a report regarding a nodule or complex cyst in your breast not to call you and tell you?  And the rest of the report, what does that even mean, all these nodules, bright T2 on MRI's, what does this mean?  I have had enough.  Please help.  Cheryl

Hi,

I had the same thing last year and I had a surgeon aspirate the area and it turned out to be only a cluster of cysts.  I just had another mammo today and that cluster is gone.  I would see if you can have an aspiration done.  Good luck!

forgot to mention (everything i read states this occurs because of hormone changes: I had a partial (ovaries still with me - not in menopause) hysterectomy last year.  Because of a orange sized fibroid.  Before that, had a grapefruit sized ovarian cyst, that went away on its own.
