ca 27.29 rise

I had bilateral breast removal in August of 2007 followed by 4 rounds of chemo.  All lymph axillary lymph nodes were clean.  My cat scan and bone scan were negative.  However my ca 27.29 rose 14 points.  Could this be caused by Cymbalta or Keppra?

Just wondering...did you ask your doctor for the cat scan and bone scan?  I have been wondering when scans are usually done and have been told that doctors don't always do them unless the persona has symptoms. Did you have them before or after your chemo?

Also, I think your 14 point gain was due to the drugs you are taking. I had my first ca 27.29 done last week and it was a 12.

14 points isn't a great increase but you could ck. with your Oncologist regarding the possibility of this being due to the drugs you mentioned.
